Shipping & Returns

The total delivery time depends on your location and shipping companies we use, most packages arrive in approximately 8-12 days. Please remember to WhatsApp customer service after you place your order on line. My customers service will keep tracking there to make sure every parcel will be deliveried.


Please note: It takes about 5-7 days to get your order prepared,because we have strict quality control before shipping. All of your packages will be carefully packaged. Also we may ship with separated packages according to the items you ordered, if you have any questions, please feel free WhatsApp our customer service.


Exchanges


We offer exchange if customers add the wrong size or wrong items to their order, but customers need to cover the fee for exchange.
We also have customers service on WhatsApp to keep customers in touch to confirm about what their order before shipping.


Return


We only accept the following 2 reasons for returns.


1. Wrong items shipped.
It seldom happened. We have pictures before shipping and pictures will be sent to customers by emails.


2. Defective items are recieved.
We have strict QC before shipping, so there is one in thousand chance to get a defective item from us.


3. Remember to contact us for return.
The returning address will be offered if you need a return . Items must not be worn, altered, or washed. and Items must have all tags attached and original packaging. After we get the items back safely, we offer refund but shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
